John E. Swain is a founding partner in the law firm of Denson & Swain, A Professional Corporation which became The Swain Law Firm, P.C. in 2005. His practice is primarily devoted to real estate, probate, and estate planning and he has worked as legal counsel with individual clients and business entities for over 40 years.

John was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 1964 after graduating from Baylor Law School. He served as the Chairman of the Board for a Houston bank for almost 10 years and has a wealth of experience in all business related legal issues. John continues to faithfully serve as an Elder with Cypress Bible Church in Cypress, Texas.
