S. Tyler Swain

S. Tyler Swain joined the law firm of Denson & Swain, P.C. in 1998.  He is an honors graduate of Baylor University and received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 1996.  His practice is primarily devoted to real estate, probate, and estate planning and Tyler frequently works as co-counsel with plaintiff’s firms in multi-million dollar litigation.  Tyler has earned the reputation amongst his colleagues as a skillful negotiator and navigator through the courts in all matters related to probate.
